Return and Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns should be initiated within seven (7) business days from date of order delivery, You can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within seven (7) days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support team within seven (7) business days of receiving the order. You can also call us at+91 91520 46789 or email us at mail@edababycare.com.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: Our delivery partner will pick up the products within two (2) to four (4) business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products received are in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a product which is different from the product described in the invoice (in which case the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of serial number, along with freebies and other accessories)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at web@edababycare.com.
Cancellation
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, You can write to our customer support team on mail@edabaycare.com or call us on +91 91520 46789 to cancel your order.
Cancellation post shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on mail@edabaycare.com
- a) Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund Your money within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.
